AmpUp works by decreasing your phone's music volume while you rest, and then gradually increasing it before your workout sets. With this, you can blast your music at exactly the right time and get amped up.
To set your rest volume (the volume that is played during the rest period), use the slider bar called "Rest Volume". To set the workout volume, use the slider bar called "Workout Volume".
To set the time, adjust the left slider bar to modify minutes and adjust the right slider bar to modify seconds. The timer will start to increase your volume when either your timer is 75% done or 45 seconds are left, whichever is shorter. The volume will then be gradually increased.
